Duties and Responsibilities
Outlet distribution expansion accordance to CDM directives.
Visibility expansion and maintenance accordance to CDM and brand marketing directives.
Achieving sales target given by CDM.
Achieving overall given KPI’s given by CDM.
Outlet relationship building and maintaining good rapport within the F&B industry players.
Ensuring all SOP’s follow through processes like contract investment tracking, competitor analysis, sales and performance reporting, outlet demarcation.
Ensuring timely submission of reporting to CDM, MONT manager.
Proper outlet visitation routing for own visits and PG deployment.
Ensuring proper tracking of PG engagement within assigned territory.
Understanding the assigned territory, market trend, and outlet and consumer behavior.
Planning and executing outlet level activities and promotion (A&P).
Ensuring proper usage of given budgets for A&P or entertainment related expenses.
Skills or Competencies Requirement
Speaks and write fluent English.
Hungry for learning and explorative challenges.
Willing to work long hours even during weekends and holidays.
Hands on, on ground execution.
Have highly conceptual, creative, innovative and dynamic thinking.
Have high social dealing skills, not afraid of being around with total strangers.
Good sales and marketing presentation skills.
Presentable personality, like to be seen, up and trendy party type.
Have critical analysis and problem solving skills.
Experience & Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree. (Not important)
Minimum (2) year experience in FMCG sales or / and marketing fields.
